2. Booking and Zahlung

3. Cancellation and Refund

3.1 Cancellation by customers

• Mehr als 48 Hours before activitysbeginn: vollständige Erstattung
• 24 bis 48 Hours before activitysbeginn: 50 % Erstattung
• Weniger als 24 Hours before activitysbeginn: No Erstattung

3.2 Cancellation by the operator

Bei Absage aus Sicherheitsgründen oder höherer Gewalt bieten we eine vollständige Erstattung oder einen Ersatztermin an.

4. Verantwortlichkeiten

4.1 Pflichten der Teilnehmenden

• pünktliches Erscheinen zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt
• Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsanweisungen
• No Teilnahme unter Alkohol- oder Drogeneinfluss
• Mitteilung relevanter gesundheitlicher Einschränkungen before Beginn

4.2 Pflichten von Quad & Buggy Agadir

• Bereitstellung geeigneter and sicherer equipment
• Professional support by qualified staff
• ordnungsgemäße Durchführung gemäß booking confirmation

5. Sicherheit

• Schutzausrüstung ist verpflichtend zu tragen
• Minors may only participate with a legal guardian
• In adverse conditions, the activity may be adjusted or rescheduled

7. Anwendbares Recht

Es gilt marokkanisches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist Agadir, sofern gesetzlich zulässig.
